How SCOTTISH UX Came to Life
Our Story
SCOTTISH UX started the way a lot of great ideas do, over a walk and a coffee.
The owners first crossed paths while working at a fitness retailer. Both young, ambitious, and full of drive, one was leading the marketing while the other was developing the website. Even back then, it was clear they worked well together and shared the same creative mindset.
Fast forward a few years - different companies, new experiences - but the same drive. They stayed close, and during one of those catch-up walks, they realised something: with their combined skills and shared vision, they could build something of their own. Not just to support one business, but to empower many.
They’ve always been obsessed with creating smart digital solutions that genuinely help businesses grow, and with the introduction of AI - that’s exactly what they’ve done. SCOTTISH UX was born - a name that nods to their Scottish roots and their shared background in digital development (‘UX’ being a common term for user experience). Together, it stands for their mission: to deliver systems and strategies that grow businesses across Scotland.
